This strip is in direct response to the US bombing innocent fisherman/civilians and telling the public that they were drug runners and terrorists. In one specific story 35-year-old Saint Lucian fishing boat captain Ricky Joseph, along with fellow fisherman Joseph "Nathy" William, went out to sea from Saint Lucia on a routine fishing trip targeting tuna, ballyhoo, and snapper, and never returned. I never cease to be amazed by the brutality of this government.
