The Sauna 083 - Respect is what makes competition beautiful.

I made this strip because I was thinking about how (for the most part) the athletes participating in the World Cup had been demonstrating great sportsmanship and decency throughout the tournament. In my mind, I was juxtaposing it against the sore losing people we have in leadership positions in our government where if they ever lose anything its because it was rigged. There’s something very beautiful and mature about accepting defeat and congratulating the winner. Maybe something for some folks to think about.
